Using the ihand20 to Import CAD Data

Step 1: Accessing the CAD Stakeout Interface
First, open the field measurement software and enter the measurement interface. Then, click the “CAD Stakeout” option to enter the CAD stakeout interface. In the CAD stakeout interface, the user can click to expand the right-side toolbar and select the corresponding icon button to access the CAD data interface.

Step 2: Importing CAD Data
In the CAD data interface, the user can click the “Import File” button at the bottom to select and import the required CAD data. The user needs to select the file to be imported and click the “Confirm” button. The system will then return to the CAD stakeout interface and display the content of the imported file. It’s worth noting that the supported CAD data formats include .DXF and .DWG.

Precautions:
1. In the CAD data interface, the user can use the eye control in front of the layers to show or hide the corresponding layers.
2. When switching projects or creating new ones, the already imported data will not be affected in terms of correct display.
3. During use, please ensure that the CAD software used is compatible with the field measurement software and meets the relevant technical requirements.
